Leadership Coach and Workplace Wellbeing Facilitator
My name is Zuzanna Malek, I am a leadership coach and workplace wellbeing facilitator. As an experienced coach, I use an integrative and person-centred approach in my practice, tapping into psychology-informed and evidence-based methodologies. I work with individuals in a 1:1 setting and provide team / group coaching to global clients.
Research shows that coaching can have a positive effect on engagement and productivity. (Passmore et al., 2015)

With over 12 years of professional experience in corporate L&D and leadership development across various roles and industries, I am interested in the science of wellbeing and optimal human functioning.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MSc) in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (University of East London);
- Postgraduate diploma in Applied Social Psychology;
- Postgraduate diploma in Managing Organisational Learning & Development.
Coaching credentials:
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC);
- European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at Senior Practitioner level.

On a personal note, I enjoy nature walks, reading fiction and travelling and exploring the world. Originally from Poland, I grew up in the Middle East and now live in London, UK, with my family.
